In this week's podcast show I decided to do something I hardly ever do; fly solo. I've had several revelations over the past few weeks about the next steps for The MuscleCar Place, and while I'd already written a full post about them already I thought it was worth unpacking in the show. Simply put, while I have several big goals for 2012, one of the biggest is to help other people chase their automotive fueled dreams. At the end of January I am launching a new podcast show called "Cars For A Living" to do just that!

The show will be aimed at people who have had a desire to move from their day job into something automotive, whether it be to build Pro-Touring cars for a living, form a high-tech automotive parts startup company, flip cars for a living, or even start racing them professionally. It took me a long time to move The MuscleCar Place from part-time to full-time status,  and now that I've made the leap I can't tell you how many others have said they'd love to do the same, but didn't know how....or were just scared to do it. My intent is to give people the building blocks, connections, and inspiration to go for the gold.
