Recent Classifieds at The MuscleCar Place!

Folks, this a new broadcast we will be sending weekly to keep you updated on some of the cars that are in our classifieds listings.  This week we are featuring three cars from Streetwise Classics.

1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302

Recently restored to show-winning condition this Boss 302 is a stunning example of arguably the most perfectly balanced first-generation Mustang of them all. With styling details by the legendary Larry Shinoda it was also one of the best-looking with an aggressive racetrack look that translated extremely well to the street. Lift that awesome Shaker hood and under the air-cleaner-mounted scoop you'll find a 1971 vintage service replacement 302 block. It's correct authentic and documented and the restoration ensures that the only differences are merely the numbers stamped on the block itself!

1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442

Oldsmobile scaled the heights of muscle car greatness in 1970 with the mighty Cutlass 442 a huge 455cid V-8 powerhouse pushing 365 hp to the rear wheels. This pristine Glacier silver/blue example is equipped with a HD 3-speed turbo hydramatic transmission power steering power brakes AM/FM radio black vinyl strato-bucket seats with full length console and much more.  This example is just off a 400-mile re-build. The engine was built to W30 specifications. It has a 12-bolt positraction rear featuring 3.23:1 gears and a W27 aluminum differential cover, a his/her shifter, a rare Tic-Toc-tachometer, and a new Holley carburetor. The original Quadrajet carburetor, exhaust heat stove and other original equipment are in the trunk and will go with the car.

1968 Chevrolet Camaro

This '68 Camaro brings all the right parts to the show: a potent small-block V8, a 4-speed, and beautiful color combination that stands out at a show. If you're looking for a turn-key early Camaro that needs nothing and runs like a million bucks, you've just found it. Camaros always prove that simple is best. The 350 under the hood doesn't offer any exotic equipment, just the same basics that have been building horsepower for decades. An Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and 4-barrel carburetor live atop a Chevy Orange block, and chrome accents like the Chevrolet-logo valve covers and Edelbrock air cleaner dress it up. Ceramic-coated headers help squeeze a few extra horsepower out of the small block, and a newer exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers give it that unmistakable rumble that grows to a high-RPM howl as you run through the gears.
